Head of the Department of Constitutional Law since 2003. Judge of the Polish Constitutional Tribunal from 2007 till 2016. Author of over 150 publications from the field of constitutional law. His research interests include in particular theoretical aspects of constitutionalism and judicial review of constitutionality of law.
