Research areas of employees of the Department include various matters of Polish constitutional law, including:- judicial control of the conformity of law to the constitution,- sources of law,- parliamentary law,- political parties,- fundamental freedoms and rights,- relation between the Constitution of the Republic of Poland and the EU law.
